what is the Tesla Roadster SpaceX package and how it works?
The Tesla Roadster SpaceX package is the upgraded version of the Tesla Roadster which comes with an extra cold gas thruster that is attached to the back of the car. This cold gas thruster gives the initial boost to the car like a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket.
With this initial boost, the SpaceX package-equipped tesla roadster can accelerate 0-60 in just 1.1 seconds and covers a quarter mile in 7.5 seconds whereas the normal tesla roadster will take 8.8 seconds. With a top speed of 250 mph and 620 miles of range from a single charge.
But right now there is not any official update from tesla regarding this spaceX package, who can have access to this special feature, and how much does it cost,s or it is available for only track usage?
As the famous quote says “with great power comes great responsibility” so we think this special feature will not be safe to use on public roads more than a private track.
